BeauT Academy – Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and participation in the Beginner Gel Polish Course (“the Course”) provided by BeauT Academy, owned and operated by Tina Bedford (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing or enrolling in the Course, you (“the student”, “you”) agree to these terms in full.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or access the Course.

2. Course Access

Upon successful purchase, you will receive instant online access to the Course materials via our secure student platform.

Access is for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed.

You will have lifetime access to the course materials and updates, unless otherwise stated.

3. Accreditation & Certification

The Course is fully accredited by ABT (Associated Beauty Therapists).

To receive your accredited certificate, you must:

- Complete all required modules and theory components.

- Submit the required case study assessments as outlined in the student manual.

- Pass the assessment in line with ABT standards.

You will receive your digital certificate via email once your work has been successfully assessed and approved.

Certification is issued in your name and is non-transferable.

4. Assessment & Feedback

Students are entitled to two assessment attempts (limited-time bonus).

If a second attempt is required, personalised feedback will be provided to help you improve.

Additional assessment submissions beyond the included attempts may incur an administrative fee.

All assessments must be submitted within 6 months of enrolment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Insurance

Upon successful completion and certification, you will be eligible to apply for insurance with ABT Insurance, the exclusive insurance partner for this accreditation.

Insurance is only available through ABT for this qualification, as it meets their accreditation standards.

Insurance fees are paid directly to ABT Insurance and are not included in your course price.

BeauT Academy accepts no responsibility for the outcome of individual insurance applications or ongoing insurance cover.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of the Course and the instant access provided, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience technical issues accessing the Course, please contact us at [insert email], and we’ll ensure access is restored promptly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, manuals, images, and resources, is the intellectual property of BeauT Academy.

You may not copy, share, reproduce, or resell any part of the Course content without written permission.

Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

8. Conduct & Professionalism

Students are expected to behave respectfully within the learning platform and towards tutors and assessors.

Inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or misuse of materials may result in removal from the Course without refund.

9. Disclaimer

While this Course provides professional training, success and income results vary depending on each individual’s effort, commitment, and circumstances.

BeauT Academy makes no guarantees of specific business or financial outcomes.

All advice and guidance are provided in good faith for educational purposes.
